Death Valley- Bhardwaj Lake, Asola Wildlife Sanctuary
Who would know that the semi-arid forests of Delhi NCR has some of the most adventurous and least trodden upon nature trails. The trail that takes you to a man-made lake inside the Asola Wildlife Sanctuary, the biggest of all 8 lakes resulted out of mining activities.
The trek to this lake is a simple one, following the jungle trail, apt for corporates/busy people who are looking for a short escape from the mad-rush of Delhi NCR to regain that energy that has been missing for long. Reaching here after a hike of 6 kms will be a thorny yet pleasing to the eyes kind of an experience!
The trail starts exactly opposite to the college of traffic management. The trail is also called Pali Road and it ends at Gurgaon.
